Guests are charged per night.

Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Valid photo ID is required at check-in.

If the guest does not specify the duration of their stay at check-in, the hotel will assume it is for one night.

Guests arriving later than 6:00 PM should notify us in advance to secure their reservation. If there is no contact by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival, the booking may be canceled. We strive to accommodate all late arrivals, so please keep us informed of your travel plans.

Only 2 guests are allowed per room. Children over 7 years old or a third guest must pay 380 PHP for an extra bed.

Bills must be settled by cash, GCash, PayMaya, or Credit Card. Personal checks are not accepted.

Guests wishing to check out later than 12:00 PM must request permission from reception before 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur an additional night’s charge.

Cancellation of individual reservations:

Up to 14 days before arrival: No cancellation fees.

Between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation fee.

6 days or less before arrival, no-shows, and shortened stays: 100% of the total reservation fee.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel. Violators will be fined 5,000 PHP.

Removing items from guest rooms or moving them to other locations within the hotel is prohibited. Violators will be fined up to 5,000 PHP.

Do not touch the fire extinguisher unless in an emergency.

Inviting strangers into guest rooms or using hotel facilities and amenities without registration is prohibited. For security reasons, guests must register joiners at reception before entering the room.

Hanging items in guest room windows that ruin the hotel’s appearance is prohibited.

Installation of foreign items in guest rooms or any part of the building is prohibited.

Guests wishing to extend their stay beyond the original departure date must inform reception before 10:00 AM on the original departure date. Extensions without a reservation are subject to room availability.

Guests cannot transfer their room to third parties, even if the room has been paid for.

Gambling or any behavior against public morals in hallways or guest rooms is prohibited.

Report any damage to reception immediately.

Bringing illegal items, exotic plants, or animals into the hotel is prohibited.

Durian or any items that cause strong odors are strictly not allowed in the hotel.

Guests must not disturb other guests. The hotel may refuse services to those who violate this rule.

Lock rooms properly to prevent unauthorized access. Management is not responsible for loss or damage to guests’ belongings.

Keep all equipment and furniture in rooms free from damage. Unauthorized electrical devices are not allowed due to fire safety.

Guests are liable for any damage or loss of hotel property.

Un-washable stains, rips, or tears on linens or towels will incur a charge of 2,000 PHP.

Loss or damage of room keys will incur a charge of 2,000 PHP.

Items left behind will be sent to the specified address at the guest’s expense or donated to charity after 15 days if unclaimed.

Management reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations without prior notice.
